A chair is the piece of home-office kit you touch for the longest stretch of the day, so the details matter more than the styling. We read through the product and policy pages of the Dowinx store to see what its chairs offer and who they suit.
In short: the Heated Massage Series MB38 is the feature-rich pick, the Executive Office Series 66B1A is the calmer everyday option, and the store is only worth considering if you live in the lower 48 US states.
The MB38: heat, massage and a stowable footrest
The Heated Massage Series MB38 is a high-back gaming-style chair in black fabric with a faux suede finish. The brand describes its lumbar support as an elastic massage unit combined with dynamic tracking support, and the page lists a 3D ergonomic neck pillow and 360° adjustable armrests.
The seat combines W-shaped independent pocket springs with high-resilience foam. The backrest tilts between 90° and 135°, and a footrest stows under the seat when you do not need it. The store lists a recommended user height of 5’3″ to 6’3″.
Heat and massage are the headline extras, and they are also the reason to check the specifications first: they are features you either want every day or never use. If you do want them, this is the Dowinx chair built around them.

The 66B1A: a quieter executive chair
The Executive Office Series 66B1A in black PU leather is aimed at everyday work and relaxation. It has a dual-layer backrest, a pocket spring seat for sofa-like cushioning and a recline of up to 135°, and a footrest sits under the seat.
It looks like an office chair rather than a gaming chair, which suits a shared living space or a video-call background. The same model is also listed in fabric and in several PU leather colours, so the finish is easy to match to a room. Because the recline stops at the same 135° as the MB38, the choice between the two comes down to whether you want the heat and massage functions or a plainer, more understated seat.
Softer options: Criss Cross and Cozy Nest
Not every desk needs a racing-style seat. The Criss Cross Chair is an adjustable swivel chair with a low, wide seat, sold in several colours including blue, pink, green and orange. It is a plainer, lower-profile alternative to the high-back models above.
The Cozy Nest teddy fleece chair goes further towards a lounge feel: soft fleece upholstery and a footrest, offered in black and white. The brand pitches it at working and relaxing in the same seat.
Choosing the right size before you order
Dowinx publishes a gaming chair size guide that covers height, weight, shoulder width and seat depth. Its closing point is that fit comes before features, and we agree: a heated seat does not help if the backrest or headrest sits in the wrong place for your body.
Check the recommended height and weight range on each product page against your own, and note the seat depth if you have long or short legs. The MB38 page, for instance, lists a height range rather than a single fit, so someone near either end of that range should read the dimensions carefully before choosing.
It also helps to think about how you sit. A chair with a deep recline and a footrest suits someone who leans back to read or watch, while a low, wide seat suits someone who shifts position often. Matching the chair to those habits matters as much as any single specification.
Delivery and returns: the catch for UK readers
This is the honest limitation. The shipping and delivery page says free standard shipping and free return shipping apply to eligible orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States. The store does not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO, FPO and DPO addresses. If you are in the United Kingdom, this store is not set up to deliver to you.
For readers it does serve, orders are processed in one to two business days, and standard delivery takes roughly three to seven business days by FedEx; the store notes these are estimates. The returns policy allows eligible products to be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery after you contact customer support, and preference-based returns should be unused, uninstalled and resalable.
Who should pick which
- MB38: long gaming or work sessions where heat and massage appeal.
- 66B1A: an everyday desk chair that looks at home in an office or living room.
- Criss Cross or Cozy Nest: a softer, more relaxed seat for lighter desk use.
If you are in the lower 48 states and fit the height guidance, start with the MB38 or the 66B1A and compare the current range on the Dowinx store. Anywhere else, check delivery first.
